Our cold press connection technology enables you to work efficiently whatever the situation. The easy handling saves a mountain of work and time compared to conventional installation methods:
- Cut the pipe to length, deburr and clean it, and mark the connector insertion depth.
- Attach the connector to the pipe and apply the press jaw or press ring.
- Force-fit the Viega press connector with a Viega Pressgun.
In three simple assembly steps, you will have created a stable and reliable connection that is immediately ready to bear the load. In contrast to welding or soldering, this technique eliminates the need for repetitive work steps, cooling phases and fire watches, enabling assembly to be carried out during actual operation.

If connectors with SC-Contur are used throughout, the leak tightness of the entire system can be monitored with a centralised leakage test. This means that tests can be carried out without any problems even in the case of particularly large projects.
