    You have the option to set up a user account on the Viega website. Your user account gives you access to free and paid offerings from Viega. You need a user account for all offerings. Depending on the offering that you use, additional information may be requested. Mandatory information is clearly marked.

    You can keep up to date with the latest news from Viega companies, new products and upcoming events via our newsletters, which we compile according to areas of interest (e.g. for installers, BSE planners, architects, wholesalers or utility companies).

    You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time. You can also revoke your consent to your personal data being stored at any time. To do so, click on the relevant link included in every newsletter. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to newsletter@viega.de.

    Our employees who are in charge of sending the newsletters may access your data. Our newsletters are sent via our partner Mission‹one› GmbH, which also provides newsletter technical support services. Their address is: Messerschmittstraße 7/1, 89231 Neu-Ulm, Germany, info@mission-one.dehttps://mission-one.de. Your data will not be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

    Storage period

    We will delete your data if you unsubscribe from the last newsletter.

    The legal basis for processing your personal data and sending the newsletter is your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

    We will store the IP address in order to track any misuse of our email service or your email address and to pass this on to law enforcement agencies in the case of inquiries (Article 6 (1) (c) and (f) GDPR).

  • CCTV monitoring

    When you enter our site, you will be informed that certain areas are monitored by CCTV.
